Hello again kids with another recipe post!
I truly love cooking for myself, but sometimes, I really don’t feel bothered… I get really lazy, especially when it’s final times. When it gets difficult, I sometimes even forget to eat proper meals for myself, and wouldn’t have any groceries (my fridge would be really empty sometimes, and so would my wallet!). I start to overeat ramen noodles, fast food sandwiches, pizza, basically all of the least nutritious things that help with energy and overall health in general. So I sort of developed a few recipes that are really quick (under 30 minutes maximum), healthy-ish, and most importantly that taste great and give your mind and soul a break from your hard work.
Alright, so today I’m going show you my Mushroom Curry with White Sticky rice recipe!
- Spring onions
- Chili sauce
- Soy sauce
- Peanut butter
- Spices: I used cayenne, garlic powder and herbs
- Sticky rice (or normal white rice works too)
- Eggs (optional)
- Good music (because this cooking time is also about giving yourself a break)
